I Wanna Rewrite

I want to rewrite my story

This is so I can say sorry

I hope it sounds okay

If I explain why I feel this way

I’m in a hurry darling

But I have many things to say

I think you could stay, surely

Something’s gotta give, shortly

Everything will break and tear

Starting from the top and going everywhere

I guess this might be goodbye

If you don’t wanna wait all night

I promise not to give you a fright

Being together can remain tight

Don’t fall victim to the world out there

For each of us is different

And we should share

For if we remove all the things like hair

We are similar enough to at least care

About one another

About each other

And that’s what I can love.

Green Circle Spins
