Teeth as white as snow,

Connected by a wire.

Train tracks, as some may call the.

Ridged edges to be sharpened.

The loud rumble of a machine.

Wanted for many, only afforded by some.

Loving the outcome, but not the damage,

To the wallet.

Very kind and I feel it is real.

I come in every month, or maybe once per two.

The activities and people are always up to something new.

Soon the day will come when it will be normal.

But I will miss these times,

The smiles will not fade.

I promise to remember,

That I need to keep it bright.

Tears were shed when the time came.

I do not know why but it made me smile.

I walked out of the doors,

More confident than ever before.

And for that, I am forever grateful.

Some say I don’t need,

But I felt that I,

Wanted to love my smile.

Green Circle Spins

Round and round it goes When will it stop? The colour of grass and lime Make my skin as white as the snow That falls oh how heavily On the patchy gravel roads The money paid doesn’t getaway From the cracks and holes spotted daily Or the roadkill on the sidewalks As I walk down […]
