The golden circles rise,
They seem to shine and sizzle.
They look so beautiful,
But trust me they are brittle.
This is only the beginning.
There is a lot more to come.
Once they finish jumping, jazzing and jittering,
I promise you won’t want to run.
Like a butterfly, this will change.
And leave you with quite a surprise.
You can try to see now,
Or close your curious eyes.
I swear it will be cool,
As long as you stay wise.
There is an explanation.
But normally the shock is half the fun.
The rigid edges mold into your mouth.
The shells stay quite insight.
I guess the reality is that none of this is quite,
The way I hoped.
There is more hard than soft.
Not in there for long enough.
But don’t worry we won’t mope.
There is plenty to go around.
Feel free to take a handful.
